During times of change — whether you’re coping with illness, bereavement, a relationship change, a move, or simply feeling overwhelmed — it can be hard to know where to begin. My role is to offer calm, non-judgemental support and help you move forward gently, one step at a time.

Pricing
Half day (4 hours) - £160
- Free initial 30-minute consultation
- 4 hours of hands-on support
- Up to 3 bags of recycling or charity shop drop-offs included
- Ideal for smaller spaces or a single room
Full day (7 hours) - £250
- Free initial 30-minute consultation
- 7 hours of hands-on support
- Up to 6 bags of recycling or charity shop drop-offs included
- Ideal for larger spaces or more involved projects
Mileage is included within the first 15 miles from Farnborough. Travel beyond this is charged at £0.45 per mile each way. ClearSpace Home is based in Farnborough, covering Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Optional services and expenses
Selling on your behalf
- Fee: 35% of the final sale price
- Photographing, listing and managing your items (Vinted / eBay or auction)
- Suitable for clothing, accessories and small household items
Man and van / skip
- £25 fee for organising and overseeing arrangements
- Man & van services arranged where required
- Skip hire can be organised if needed
Third-party services are arranged where required and are paid directly by the client to the service provider.
Packing materials
- Collection / sourcing fee: £40 (1 hour)
- Source and supply packing materials as needed (boxes, tape, wrap)
- Source and supply organising products
- Only provided if required and agreed with you in advance
Maintenance and follow-up sessions
These sessions are available after an initial organising session and are ideal for maintaining organised spaces or tackling new areas as your needs change. Choose to book follow-up sessions monthly, quarterly or seasonally — whatever feels right for you.
Charged at £40 per hour, with a minimum half-day booking (4 hours).
Payment and booking
- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is payable on completion
- Please note 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice deposits are non-refundable
